Christina Bampatsou

Dr. Christina Bampatsou is Associate Professor of “Sustainable Development and Efficiency of Decision-Making Units" at the Department of Regional Development of the Ionian University. She is an economist and studied at the Department of Public Administration of Panteion University (Greece). She holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Macedonia (Greece) and a PhD in the field of Environmental Economics from the Democritus University of Thrace (Greece). Her research interests lie in the fields of applied microeconomics and environmental and resource economics. She focuses on efficiency approaches to sustainability in all three pillars of environment, society and economy.
